Accommodation

InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the In-house Legal National Conference 2022.

On behalf of attendees of the conference, special accommodation rates have been negotiated at a range of hotels and apartments all within close proximity of the conference venue. The special rates listed will be open until 14 October 2022 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel and not by ACC Australia or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event solutions on the below details to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form. 

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

The Hotel will charge 1 night’s accommodation as a deposit payment approximately 30 days prior to arrival. The credit card used to guarantee this reservation will be charged in the case of deposit payments/cancellation and/or non arrival at the Hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions. Guests will be asked to pay the full balance of accommodation upon check in and any incidentals will be charged upon check out. If a third party is pay for any part of the accommodation and/or incidental charges please ensure the correct paperwork has been completed and returned to Hotel prior to the arrival date.
