By registering for the Event, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
Payment of the invoice is due within 7 days of registration. A 1.75% surcharge is payable for all credit card transactions. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. Payment in full is required prior to event commencement. By accepting these terms your registration is confirmed and full payment is required.

All advertised details are correct at time of publishing. Due to unforeseen circumstances ACC Australia reserves the right to alter the program prior to the event without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone this event in which case full refunds will be issued. ACC Australia reserves the right to deny access to delegates that may affect the client / vendor ratio of attendance in favour of the interests of sponsors and commercial partners of the event.
By attending this event, all sponsors and attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed or featured in audio visual recordings while at the events, and that those photos or audio visual content may be used in the future by ACC Australia.
Cancellations must be advised in writing to ACC Australia.
Cancellations received prior to or on 14 days before the event will receive a refund. Cancellation after this date will not be refunded; however you may nominate a replacement delegate to attend in your place.
By registering for this event, you consent to having your photo and/or video taken and used for promotional purposes, this may include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Website, Conference Website & Email Marketing. If you do not wish to have your photo taken please advise the conference staff.
The event organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, acts or regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
